We’ll give you a fixed quote upfront based on your specific requirements, no hourly billing surprises.
Do I own the design files after the project is finished?
Yes. Once you’ve paid in full, all design files belong to you – source files, print-ready PDFs, high-res images, the works. You’re free to use them however you need, and there are no ongoing licensing fees or restrictions.
Can you work with our existing brand or do we need to start from scratch?
We can do either. If you’ve got existing branding that’s working, we’ll design within those guidelines. If your current look needs updating, we’ll modernise it while keeping what’s recognisable. Complete rebrands are also an option if you’re ready for a fresh start.
How long does a typical graphic design project take?
Logo design usually takes two to three weeks from brief to final files. Business cards and stationery can be turned around in a week. Full branding projects with multiple deliverables typically run four to six weeks, depending on complexity and feedback rounds.
Do you provide printing services or just design files?
Both. We can deliver design files for you to print yourself, or we can coordinate printing through our trusted Australian suppliers. If we handle printing, you’ll get a separate quote for the print costs: no markup, just coordination to make sure everything comes out right.
What file formats will I receive when the project is complete?
You’ll receive print-ready PDFs, high-resolution JPEGs and PNGs for digital use, and editable source files (usually Adobe Illustrator or InDesign). Everything’s labelled clearly so you, or any future designer, can use the files without confusion.
